FWA - Mentorship Program
The main objectives of the Flight Wings Aviation Mentorship Program (FWAMP) are to nurture talent and build a strong field of future aviation professionals. The aviation industry is host to a wide variety of technically skilled and high-paying jobs requiring not only a solid educational foundation but also a wide network of individuals who support and journey alongside you. The desire to succeed is common among young aviators stepping into the field, but they are often unaware of where to begin.
The purpose of the FWAMP is to assist them in establishing realistic objectives, holding them accountable, and assigning them suitable responsibilities. In a dynamic industry with a broad range of career paths, mentorship can be an invaluable resource to individuals beginning or building their careers.
FWAMP mentors share their own experiences and help aspiring aviators to set realistic goals. Together with the individual, we create a path toward Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound (SMART) goals and objectives so that progress toward achievement is evident at every turn.
